Housing Build Prices

  • 2 mil for a FC/ Apartment Build

  • 5 mil for a Small Estate Build

  • 10 mil for a Medium Estate Build

  • 20 mil for a Large Estate Build

Additional Info

Everything is priced as in game currency, I will never accept real money for my builds.Buyer will provide items they already have towards the build all others if craftable will be provided by me. PvP and cash shop items will have to be acquired by the buyer.All builds are done through the Makeplace app, Apartments/FC Rooms will have the file and shopping list provided to the buyer. Smalls-Larges I will put in for the buyer.
